Dust Binder
Why is water alone not sufficient for dust binding?
Dust particles and water molecules cannot be bound. The cohesive power, i.e. the binding power between the atoms and molecules within a substance, acting on both these substances is many times higher than the adhesive power. Even with the finest atomization of water this physical relationship is not changed. By adding FIST 100 the cohesive powers of water are weakened so far that the adhesive powers prevail and dust is bound permanently and steadily into larger dust particles which are harmless.
Dust Binder FIST 100:
- For agglomerating fine dust particles into larger abrasive resistant particles.
- The dust binding effect is maintained even after drying.
- The dust binder is made of renewable raw materials.
- FIST 100 is not subject to REACH regulation.
- FIST 100 is a non hazardous material (Water Protection Class 1)
